Have you looked at your closet and dug around in your dressers and thought: I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT TO WEAR!
We've all been there done that! I have a daily struggle of not having 'any clothes at all' and my husband thinks I've gone mad as I stand in my room I turned into a closet because I have an overflow of clothes.
I want to share with you a look I wore last year that you can get inspiration from if you are in an outfit rut!
If you are going to a Christmas party...
This is dressy enough that you can wear it for a work, friend, or family Christmas party! Having certain staple pieces can allow you to transition things to fit your needs. I wanted to be comfortable so I wore flats, but opting for boots or heels are great ways to make it more casual or dressy!
The statement pieces for this look are the sweater, black tights, and necklace.
A costume jewelry necklace can add the right amount of 'pizazz' to your look and will brighten things up if you are opting for darker colors like I did with this forest green sweater.
Sweater: H&M (similar) | Skirt: Pacsun (similar) | Shoes: Thrifted (similar) | Tights: Target | Necklace: Walmart (similar) | Nail Polish: Ulta (I believe it's Essie or Revlon)
I opted for a berry nail color and wanted to add more texture to the look by wearing a pleather circle skirt. You can switch this out by wearing a form fitting skirt, maxi skirt, or even some jeans to make it fit more your style!
I love how this look turned out and it is so perfect for this holiday season, and serves as great inspiration for a holiday party!
